How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Limitsjersey Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Limitsjersey Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, please let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Limitsjersey Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@limitsjersey.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You can expect an email from us confirming that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
